We’ve listed a few things you can do to keep your account safe:
- Unbreakable Password! Create a Password of at least six characters which use letters, numbers and special characters, like # or %. It should not be the same as other account passwords you use
- NEVER share your Password, not with anyone. If you forget your Password, please use the password reset function
- Keep your registered smartphone and Email account secure. Anyone who has access could change your Password for all your accounts, not just Walee.
- Logout of your Walee account if you share your phone or computer. Best to avoid using public computers to access Walee
- Do not publicly post your personal confidential details such as your Bank Account Number** and balance, CNIC card/passport number, mailing address and mobile/home numbers.
