As a Business, you are permitted to list Campaigns on the Platform in accordance with our Terms and policies which are incorporated by way of reference in these Terms. Businesses represent and warrant that they are legally able to represent their products, services and brands on the Platform; and the Campaigns items do not infringe upon the intellectual property, trade secret or other proprietary rights or rights of publicity or privacy rights of third parties. All Users must agree that we shall not be responsible for any errors or false information posted.
